Note from Sue Burton nee Mullings:Joseph Fowler lived at West Mills, Bridport, Dorset and we spent our summer holidays there as children and our Aunt, Doris Gertrude Mullings, (our Father's eldest sister) lived there and was Joseph's housekeeper. She subsequently married Joseph Fowler when she was in her 60's, and I don't think that Joseph had ever been married before that. It was the first marriage for them both.

Florence Gwyn Fowler was born in Bridport in Q1 1889.She was daughter of John Fowler and Jane Whittle Curtis who married in 1886 who had a large family including Hubert Joseph Fowler born Q2 1897 who may be Joseph Fowler (who married Doris Gertrude Mullings).
